Retail Talent Group is an expert consultancy in talent management and human capital recruitment in the eRetail, eCommerce and Distribution sectors.
Our client is an important company in the art sector. We are looking for their Spanish AREA MANAGER based in Barcelona. (11-15 stores)

Assignments:
● Ensure the interface and coordination of information between headquarters and the network.
● Animate the teams in stores by regular visits within the framework of product controls and compliance with the concept (audits, visiting reports, and follow-up of action plans etc).
● Monitoring performance indicators and proposing optimization measures (profitability, product quality and customer satisfaction, etc).
● Share your experiences and train teams in sales techniques and operational excellence.
● Guarantee the homogeneity, standards and images of the brand and promote network tools and methods.
● Ensure the optimization of schedules, organization, and implementation of events.
● Monitor and support gallery openings.
● Advising our franchisees in the management and improvement of their P&L (in particular labor cost and marketing effort) and providing them with advice and support through relevant recommendations in the field.
● Transmit and promote the entrepreneurial spirit in the network.
The perfect profile:
● Significant experience (3 years minimum) as an AREA MANAGER required
● Strong appetite for the business / retail environment;
● Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English
● Past experience in a growing brand would be a plus
● Knowledge of using the reporting tools
● Understanding and sensitivity to the concept and functioning of the franchise
